Handmade Flowers with oil free Baby Wipes & Ink Pads

Hi everybody,

the last post for today is about the baby wipe flowers which i made today.. they are dead easy to make, all you need is some ink pads ind different colours, oil free baby wipes, a heat tool , scissors and a few buttons and/or pearls for the flowers.

So basically all you do is spread some of your ink on a washable surface, then use the baby wipe to clean it up.
Let the baby wipes dry, when dry cut circles in various sizes from it.
Next, layer 3 or 4 circles on top of each other, fixate with a stick in the center ,then blow hot air with the heat tool really close to it until it starts crinkling up and shrinks.

Once you are happy with the design, use a hot glue gun to glue the layers together, arranging them to a layered flower shape.
Finish off by  gluing a button or gem stone to the center, and there you have your beautiful flower !

This technique is great for scrapbooking and mixed media projects as well as for romantic flower cards.. i love how they have come out and maybe you want to give this a try too?

Youtube is full of inspirational videos and tutorials on these so just indulge in them and get creative, too!
Thanks for dropping by and have a good night
