Hi folks,
here comes a sparkly blinggy birthday card, featuring the Orchid Builder stamp & die set bundle!
I used a standard 5" x 7" white card base, and layered golden mirror card stock ( 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" ) to it, plus a embossed berry burst panel ( 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" ).
The textured embossing folder is the hexagons folder from SU and i really love it!
It´s a unusual combination to bring mirrorard stock and the hexagon texture together and even add a doily to it, but that´s what i love about this card- it´s strong contrasts!
The scalloped tag topper punch helped me make the golden tag that runs across the doily, and i secured it with jute band at the back of my embossed panel.
The sentiment was stamped in berry burst on white card stock and got punched out with the decorative label punch.
The sentiment is from the better together stamp set and i love this font!
A few half pearls added to the finish an that was my card done!
This card looks so different from standard birthday cards and i hope you like it.
