A Christmas Garland!

Good evening friends,

i am currently working on my stock for the Christmas markets in December and so i made my first garland today... consisting of 4 large half rosettes and 3 smaller full rosettes that hold a pair ofgolden baubles and a sentiment on golden mirror card stock background!

The garland is decorated with handmade paper poinsettias, and i love how it has turned out!

If you are interested in a tutorial on how to make the half rosettes and how to keep them stretched open, drop me a comment , i will happily make a tutorial for this subject later on!

The ponsettias i made with the retired poinsettia builder handheld punch, and i love it and will use it a lot this season even if itßs retired because to me, ponsettias are a must have during Christmas season!

I used the warmth & cheer DSP which comes in a 6" x  6"  block and the paper is of superbe quality as its nice and thick so the garland is anything but flimsy.

Overall, i cut 36 strips of DSP to create all my rosettes and that was a lot of scoring and  concertina. folding! However, it was so worth the effort , i believe this garland will soon find a new owner!

Thanks for dropping by tonight and have a nice week
