The Fresh As Spring Concertina Pocket Album

Good afternoon dear friends,

today i felt so green i couldn´t help but use my lemon lime twist card stock again for this cute little project!

It contains 6 large pockets that hold 6 tags so there is plenty of space to put pictures in or tickets or other keepsakes.
The tags are stamped with the same design as the cover however are not identical as the pattern was stamped by random.
You can watch a little video here :

All you need is lemon lime twist green card stock and whisper white card stock to create the album.
The ink pads i used were lemon lime twist, pear pizzas and mossy meadow, the embellishments were stamped and die cut with the oh so eclectic bundle.

My ribbon was fed through eyelets in matching colour.
To make this album you would need to cut your card stock as follows:

For the cover:
2 pieces in lemon lime twist  4" x 8 1/4", score at 3/4" on the long side
2 pieces in whisper white to 3 3/4" x 6 7/8", score at 6 1/2"on the lond side.

For the pockets cut 6 pieces to 8" x 61/2", score at 3 3/4" and 7 1/2".

For your tags cut 2 pieces  to 3 1/2"  x  7" and 4 pieces to 3" x 7", round the cornerns on all of them.

To assemble the album, glue your two green cover pieces together on the smaller section by overlapping them.
For the closure, punch a hole for the eyelet  in the middle of the upper open ends and set the eyelets.
Feed a piece of ribbon through and secure with sticky tape from the inside. Cut a piece of green card stock big enough to cover up the eyelet and ribbon end and glue in place from the inside.
Stamp the white pieces with the background stamp and glue the white pieces on the green cover.
Stamp & die cut your embellishment with the oh so eclectic bundle.
Assemble your pockests by closing them on the small flap with sticky tape.
Glue the pockets together by adding a strip of double sided sticky tape the the middle of each pocket. The two outer pockets need sticky tape on both sides and not just to the middle but all 4 edges.
Glue pockets together and inside the cover.
Stamp & decorate your tags, put them in the pockets.
Lastly, decorate your album front with the die cut flowers and leafs , using dimensionals.

This album is very easy to make and quick on top, so a fantastic project for a crafty Saturday or Sunday afternoon with the kids, too!

I hope you like ths little project and will give it a try.
